The Solothurn Center Oberwald supports, accompanies, and specifically promotes individuals with disabilities of all ages as a result of congenital and acquired limitations, illnesses, and accidents. Your responsibilities
- You care for, accompany, and support people with disabilities in their daily lives
- You work on household tasks and the design of the living group
- You collaborate across disciplines with other areas
- You perform medical technical tasks (e.g., measuring blood pressure, changing dressings, administering medications) and care services according to the educational plan
- You support people with disabilities in their physical, social, and mental well-being and in organizing their daily lives
What you bring
- You enjoy working with people
- You have completed a one-year internship or preparatory year before the training. (You can find our open internship positions at zentrumoberwald.ch/stellen)
- You are flexible, patient, respectful, and curious
- You are physically and mentally resilient
- You have good oral and written German skills as well as computer skills
- You are willing to work irregular hours
