AVIA VOLT Suisse AG plans, builds and operates charging infrastructure for electric vehicles throughout Switzerland. This ranges from the wallbox in the parking garage to the fast charging park with battery storage. Behind us stands the strong foundation of the AVIA member companies, and within us is the energy of a start-up.

As an all-in-one provider, we support fleet operators, logistics companies, property owners and institutional clients. As a charge point operator (CPO), we also have our own charging points on the market. Furthermore, we enable AVIA member companies to comprehensively advise their customers on e-mobility.
We have built a lot in a short time. Now the dynamic build-up is becoming a scalable, process-strong and economically sustainable organisation. This is exactly where you come in!

We are looking for a committed individual as:

Product Manager Electromobility (80–100 %)

Your mission

• You are responsible for our product and service portfolio and help decide with what we will win in the market tomorrow.
  
  
• Recognise opportunities: You observe the market, trends, customer needs and competition. From this, you derive concrete product opportunities.
• Develop products: You define new products, services and digital solutions and further develop existing ones. You accompany them from the first idea to market launch.
• Make scalable: You drive digitalisation and automation of products and processes forward.
• Think economically: You analyse key figures, calculate business cases and always keep commercial success in view.
• Connect people: You work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, IT and other departments and bring everyone together towards a common goal.

Your profile

• Completed studies at a university of applied sciences or university or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in electromobility, the energy industry or a comparable technological environment
• Solid knowledge in charging technology; experience with battery storage is a plus
• Genuine enthusiasm for digitalisation, automation and new technologies
• Strong analytical thinking and a pronounced understanding of numbers
• Communication skills and the ability to bring together different stakeholders
• Above all: entrepreneurial thinking, willingness to implement and eagerness to take responsibility. You don’t wait for instructions but get stuck in.
