For our client in the Biel region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for committed call agents (100%) for temporary assignments in customer consulting and sales with the option of permanent employment.
Job profile
Telephone contact with new and existing customers (inbound/outbound)
Consultation on subscriptions, products, and services
Active sales closing with focus on individual and team-related goals
Identification of customer needs and targeted offer creation
Answering follow-up questions and handling objections
Documentation of sales activities and customer conversations in the CRM system
Shift work possible depending on the deployment company
Your profile
Experience in sales or telephone customer contact is an advantage
Strong communication skills in German; French skills are an advantage
Enjoyment of active sales and achieving measurable goals
Convincing, positive appearance and high service orientation
Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style
Confident handling of PC and common tools
