We are strengthening our field sales team and are looking for a Regional Sales Manager Biomaterials (m/f/x) for Germany.
Your tasks:
Lead the Key Account Management Team for Biomaterials
Achieve defined sales targets and sustainably expand market shares
Reporting and analysis of sales-relevant key figures and potential analyses
Cost tracking and responsibility for adhering to defined cost budgets
Maintain and expand the network of relationships with customers, speakers, and KOLs.
Contribute to the conception of sales-relevant projects with subsequent implementation responsibility
Acquire new customers and conceptually further develop the sales area of biomaterials within the business unit with the relevant interface areas
Strategic positioning of the biomaterials area and interface management (internally and externally)
Contribute to launches, LMRs, and MATs
Your profile:
Training or studies in the medical field or business administration, or a comparable degree
Experience in personnel responsibility desired, but not a requirement
Very good expression
Strong sales orientation
Analytical and results-oriented working style
Polite manners and diplomatic skill in dealing with customers and external partners
Strategic thinking and political instinct
Result-oriented effective and efficient working style
High degree of teamwork and organizational talent
Service orientation
High willingness to travel across Germany, including on weekends
