Your game

• Planning and implementation of campaigns for guest retention – e.g. email, SMS or postal actions as well as playful (gamification) elements.
• Responsibility for planning, implementation and coordination of cross-departmental marketing campaigns
• Analysis and optimisation of campaigns, including A/B tests and control groups, to find out what works best.
• * Maintenance and further development of our loyalty programme as well as our rewards shop – with the aim of actively motivating our guests to redeem their points.
• Creation of regular reports and evaluations to keep an eye on key figures and measure target achievement.
• Ensuring a clean and data protection-compliant process, including maintenance of CRM processes and submission of free offers or promotions to authorities.

Our rules of the game

• Degree in marketing, communication or online marketing, ideally with further training in CRM or data analysis.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in CRM, direct marketing or digital marketing environment.
• Very good German skills (native) and good level of English, as well as a confident feel for written communication.
• Numerical flair and analytical thinking, combined with a structured and quality-conscious way of working.
• High initiative, technological curiosity and enjoyment of innovative solutions, combined with team spirit, reliability and customer orientation.
