Your Tasks and Perspectives

Co-responsibility for the planning and implementation of learning support as well as the individual guidance and promotion of trainees according to the training concept
Support of trainees, apprentices, and students (apprentice health specialist, certified nursing specialist HF)
Interesting, varied, and challenging field of activity in the acute geriatrics department

What You Bring to This Position

Training as a certified nursing specialist with a recognized diploma in Switzerland
Professional experience in nursing, ideally with training experience
High social, professional, and nursing competence and an appreciative attitude towards patients
Resilient, flexible, and empathetic personality
Willingness for constructive collaboration in an interdisciplinary context with independent, conscientious, and reliable working style and high quality awareness
