In our Cargo Logistics Centre Schwarzenbach, you are part of a 170-strong family. Near the Thur, you will find generous infrastructure, modern work equipment, and a collegial atmosphere with drive.

Your tasks

• Support of dispatch in all administrative tasks
• Recording and clarifying transport orders
• Handling delivery & collection orders of the driving staff (briefing and debriefing)
• Contact with internal and external customers
• Administrative activities in the area of transport and dispatch
• Notification of shipments (by phone/written)
• Support/representation in irregularity service and in the management of exchange equipment

Your profile

• Commercial professional experience, preferably in the transport, logistics or forwarding sectors
• Independent, precise and efficient working style
• Resilient, a team player, and confident and calm demeanour even in hectic situations
• Confident in German business correspondence
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
