Do you have experience in the trust sector and want to develop professionally? At Schäublin Treuhand AG, you will manage diverse mandates, take on responsibility, and help shape our way of working. You will also have the opportunity to advance to mandate manager.

Do you spot a process that can be simplified or a way to further digitalise the accounting? Then we want to hear your ideas. Your tasks

• Managing mandates in financial and payroll accounting
• Preparation of withholding tax, social security, and VAT returns
• Assisting with interim and annual financial statements
• Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• Supporting mandate management in customer care
• Depending on need and mandate, assignments at clients’ premises

Your profile

You have at least two years of professional experience in the trust sector and work reliably, carefully, and independently. You enjoy contact with clients.

Further training as an accounting clerk, a trust specialist certificate, or a comparable qualification is an advantage. We also welcome applications from those currently undergoing relevant training.

You are confident in using Microsoft Office and ideally have experience with Abacus or Bexio.
