Credit Controlling and Reporting Specialist 60 to 100%
Your tasks
• Produce reports for internal entities (Department, Executive Management, Board of Directors) and external entities (Finma, SNB), using tools such as RStudio/R
• Ensure the proper functioning of the department's End User Computings (EUCs) (in Access/VBA) and provide internal support to the Division for these developments.
• Optimise internal and external information sources to provide the Department, Division, and Bank with reliable and relevant data.
• Perform controlling for the Credit Support Department: analyses related to credit risk monitoring (monitoring, overruns/overdrafts, etc.) and preparation of statistics.
• Identify opportunities for simplification and propose procedural improvements based on quantitative, objective, and financial analysis.
• Participate in working groups (IT and/or processes), possibly lead them, and contribute to the analysis of the current and future situation.
• Report project progress to management, highlighting risks (budget, deadlines).
Your profile
• Higher education in engineering, computer science, finance, or sciences (ETH, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of professional experience; experience in banking reporting is an asset.
• Comfortable with programming (RStudio/R, Python); knowledge of Access/VBA, SQL is desirable.
• Proficient in querying and data manipulation.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and solution-oriented.
• Willingness to optimise existing processes.
• Pleasant personality, comfortable working in a team.
• Perfect command of French and good level of English
