you develop and manage ad-hoc campaigns for subscription acquisition via email, telemarketing, and mobile
you build customer lifecycle journeys focusing on churn prevention and winback and continuously optimize them
you plan and implement communication measures along the entire lifecycle
you continuously analyze campaign performance and derive data-based optimizations
you conduct growth hacking experiments to increase conversion and engagement
you work closely with teams from MarTech, Data, and Subscription Service to optimally utilize synergies

You will succeed here if

you have completed training or further education in marketing, CRM, or comparable fields and have experience in CRM, direct/email marketing, or marketing automation
you love campaigns and dialogue marketing and enjoy contributing new ideas
you have a strong affinity for customer data and CRM topics or quickly familiarize yourself with new ones
you plan in a structured way, are well organized, and have project management experience
you work proactively and can coordinate multiple projects with various stakeholders
you bring a growth mindset as well as conceptual and communication strengths
