Gardener with Team Leadership and Project Responsibility 80-100%
Activities
- Properly instruct and coordinate employees and trainees in garden maintenance
- Independently plan and implement demanding garden projects
- Drive company vehicles safely, including with trailers
- Take responsibility for the quality and punctuality of the work
Requirements
- Completed training as a gardener EFZ with several years of practical experience
- Motivation and ability to work independently and solution-oriented
- Passion for plant care and enthusiasm for leading teams and trainees
- Confident handling of company vehicles including trailers
- Positive attitude towards challenges and customer requirements
