About the job
The Gilly Hospital, a pioneering treatment and rehabilitation centre (CTR) in the canton of Vaud since 1989, has been serving the region since 1922. With 42 rehabilitation beds, this ideally located facility offers a breathtaking view of the Alps and Lake Geneva. Additionally, our temporary care centre (CAT) with five places offers activities for seniors four days a week.
We are looking for the following for Gilly Hospital:
Health Assistant / Nursing Assistant in CTR (M/F) at 80%
To strengthen our CTR, immediately or as agreed.

YOU HAVE
- A health assistant certificate or a recognised nursing assistant diploma, CRS recognised
- Some initial experience in geriatrics, an asset
- The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate, an asset
- Knowledge of the Swiss health system, an asset
- A willingness to contribute to the improvement or maintenance of patients’ autonomy
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with elderly people
- A sense of listening, discretion and empathy
- Motivation and good adaptability and integration skills
- Availability for 12-hour shifts, day, night and weekend, and flexibility
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Collaborate with the nursing team in assisting care for patient management
- Support patients and assist them during mobilisation
- Help with meal distribution
- Participate in adapting and maintaining the patient’s environment
- Contribute to the efficient use of equipment and its supply
