Class and annual salary (including 13th month):
Judicial Secretary I
11 93'625.-- / 150'736.--
or
Judicial Secretary II
10 88'633.-- / 141'990.--
Tasks:
- independently carries out investigative acts delegated by the Public Prosecutor
- prepares drafts of incidental and substantive decisions
- prepares legal opinions for the magistrate
- if necessary, actively collaborates with the secretary in current administration and in the electronic and paper management of files
Requirements:
- lawyer's licence, doctorate in Swiss law or master of law or licence in Swiss law
- initiative and teamwork spirit
- good IT skills
- availability for flexible hours and on-call duty
- reliability, accuracy, discretion and sense of responsibility
- native Italian speaker
- excellent knowledge of official languages (spoken and written)
- Swiss citizenship
- no criminal record
- no ongoing enforcement proceedings (justified) and no certificates of asset deficiency
Special remarks:
- the position of Judicial Secretary I (class 11) may only be assigned to candidates holding complete academic qualifications: university licence, degree, consecutive master’s degree and who have at least 15 years of professional experience in the required field
- the position of Judicial Secretary II (class 10) may only be assigned to candidates holding complete academic qualifications: university licence, degree, consecutive master’s degree and who have less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field
- knowledge of the AGITI application is a preferential qualification
- preference will be given to candidates who have already obtained the lawyer’s licence and who have experience in criminal law
- start of activity to be agreed
- place of work: to be defined later

Employment conditions:
- appointment or assignment: as provided by the Law on the organisation of State employees and teachers of 15 March 1995 (LORD) and the related Regulation. Any changes in law concerning salary and organisation are explicitly reserved
- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
