Your tasks include
- Calculating nutrients and creating nutritional guidelines/plans
- Creating menu plans for various diets
- Interdisciplinary meetings in collaboration with the individual wards, kitchen and hospitality
- Reporting for case management
- Instruction of relatives and nursing staff
- Menu discussions with complex patient groups, supporting them in learning new skills related to healthy eating
- Interdisciplinary discussion of menu plans
You bring with you
- Completed training in nutritional counselling HF/FH
- Proven several years of professional experience
- Independent, efficient and service-oriented working style
- Strong professional, social and self-competence with high self-management
- Joy and interest in interprofessional collaboration
- Very good communication skills and eloquence
