Health Specialist EFZ (80 - 100%)

• Co-responsibility for the entire care and support process with the aim of achieving the best possible individual well-being for our residents
• Shaping everyday life with and for our residents
• Taking on daily responsibility in the residential group
• Independently carrying out logistical and administrative tasks Enjoy working in a well-functioning and cohesive team
• Good written and oral communication skills (German/Swiss German)

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care
• You enjoy working independently, your working style is responsible, and you possess high social competence
