Everything concerning the Public Works interests you and you like to act as a hub and expert in both technical and administrative respects. Your tasks include, for example:Organisation and maintenance of the Public Works administration, including mail service and orderingHub function for internal and external partners as well as residentsEditing resolutions and documents for the authoritiesProcessing applications (e.g. public land, temporary parking bans, etc.)Creating and maintaining reporting (time and performance recording)Controlling, figures and budget maintenance of the Public Works cost centreOrganisation and control of plant pruning in the settlement areaResponsible for signage (procurement, control, maintenance of the database)Your personality is characterised by:You like the combination of technology and administration, always have an open ear for the concerns of your interlocutors, actively contribute, like pragmatic solutions and know how to set priorities and implement them.
