About the job
We are looking for a
Chef de Partie (m/f/d) 80% | Monday - Thursday
Your area of responsibility
- You prepare delicious dishes with passion and a high awareness of quality
- In planning and developing new, trendy dishes, you actively contribute your creative ideas to continually delight our guests
- You respond competently to the concerns of our guests and work actively in day-to-day operations
- You participate in product presentation, offer planning, as well as costing and take co-responsibility for ordering
- Together with your team, you assist with stocktaking, goods receipt control and checking delivery notes
- You also support each other with general tidying and cleaning tasks – teamwork is a matter of course with us
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as a Cook EFZ, EBA kitchen or a comparable gastronomic qualification
- You bring initial professional experience, have gained 2-4 years of experience or have at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in contract catering
- You already have experience in patisserie and this position also brings you great joy
- Your passion for culinary arts, combined with a high standard of quality, makes you an important part of our team
- You are a team-oriented personality with high social competence, actively seeking solutions, taking responsibility and keeping an overview even in hectic moments
- You speak English & German and enjoy interacting with guests
