(Senior) SAP Data Engineer in the Business Data Cloud / Datasphere (m/f/d)

• Analysis of customer requirements as well as existing processes and translation of business requirements into technical concepts and individual solutions
• Responsibility for project execution from requirements analysis to technical realisation, including responsibility for individual architecture topics
• Building and further developing modern data platforms based on SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Datasphere
• Development and implementation of data models and integration scenarios for hybrid analytics landscapes
• Design of scalable cloud data architectures for reporting, analytics and data-driven use cases
• Implementation of data products as well as approaches to data integration across SAP and non-SAP sources
• Design and technical implementation of migration and transformation projects from SAP BW/4HANA or older versions to modern cloud architectures such as SAP Datasphere
• Design and development of data flows in SAP Datasphere
• Close coordination with business units, IT departments and project managers on the client side
• Support in presales activities and tender processes
• Professional exchange within the team and in our analytics community on current trends and technologies
• Ideally knowledge in the areas of Databricks, MS Fabric, Snowflake, Google Cloud
• Conducting customised workshops, training sessions and coaching for clients
• Creation and maintenance of best practices, development guidelines and documentation

• Professional understanding of SAP (S/4HANA) business processes as well as sound experience in accounting/controlling
• (Senior) Consultant SAP Data & Analytics (m/f/d) with a well-completed degree in (business) computer science, economics, STEM subjects, data science or digitalisation management
• Extensive know-how and practical experience in dealing with SAP Datasphere and basic knowledge in SAP BW7.5, SAP BW on Hana as well as BW4HANA
• Ideally knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS as well as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Google Cloud
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BTP
• Interest and enthusiasm for new technologies and trends in data & analytics with a focus on AI and intelligent scenarios
• Team player with joy in collaboration, active knowledge and experience exchange as well as joint development in project and colleague circles
• Communication skills in German and English at C1 level as well as presentation and moderation skills
