Dober Facility Services GmbH is immediately looking for a caretaker 100% (m/f/d) who likes to get stuck in, thinks ahead and ensures that our properties are well maintained and in good condition.

🛠️ Your daily routine? Anything but boring!

As a caretaker, you are our all-rounder on site. You make sure everything runs smoothly – and if something doesn’t, you find out why. 😉

Your tasks:

• 🪟 Window and glass cleaning – for a perfect view
• 🧹 General cleaning and maintenance work
• 🔧 Minor repairs and maintenance work
• 🏠 Care and maintenance of properties
• 🌳 Garden work and care of green spaces
• 🍂 Seasonal tasks such as leaf clearance
• ❄️ Winter service and surrounding area work
• ⚙️ Inspection and maintenance of technical equipment
• 👀 Detect defects and, if possible, fix them yourself
• 🤝 Contact with customers, tenants and owners
• 💪 And of course: everything a good all-rounder does

🔨 What you bring with you

You don’t have to be a superhero – but ideally there’s a bit of MacGyver in you. 😉

• Experience in caretaking and cleaning
• Good experience in window cleaning
• Technical understanding
• Manual skills
• Experience in the gardening sector
• Enjoy finding solutions independently
• Reliable and careful working style
• Physically fit and active
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Good knowledge of German
• Driving licence category B mandatory
