• Completed school education (secondary school level A or B or a good secondary school diploma)
• Quick comprehension and organizational flair as well as pronounced teamwork skills
• Hygiene awareness, sense of order, creativity, and pronounced sense of taste
• Joy and enthusiasm for food preparation
• Physical (strength, endurance, fitness) and emotional resilience (stress in the kitchen)
