In January 2026, Senevita Birsgarten will open in Reinach /BL. We offer a total of 88 care places (22 protected units), 52 apartments for assisted living, and a restaurant in an idyllic location with very good public transport connections. For inpatient care with in-house Spitex

Actively shape our new facility and your team. You will significantly contribute to implementing processes to establish services and quality at the highest level. • Support in implementing nursing and care measures
• Assistance in recording nursing effort/documentation using interRAI LTCF and RAI HC
• Maintaining contact with relatives
• Professional and individual execution of care and basic nursing

• Training at assistant level (Assistant in Health/Social EBA, Nursing Assistant
• FA or SRK course)
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (min. level B1)
• Understanding and empathy for elderly people

• Opening in a modern house and work environment with public transport connection
• Extensive work tools (concepts, process instructions, etc.)
