The integrated home care service is located in the Alterszentrum am Bach and thus forms part of the service offering for the population of Birmensdorf and Aesch.

What you bring

• You have training as a certified nurse HF/FH with advanced knowledge in a specialist area.
• You are a motivated, empathetic person who enjoys engaging with people.
• You work independently, appreciate teamwork and have organisational skills.
• You have experience in case management and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
• You hold a driving licence (B).
