Do you want to pass on your expertise to the next generation? With us, as a trainer, you take on a central role in education and accompany apprentices and students on their path to becoming competent nursing professionals.

For our education team, we are looking for you from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement as

• Implementation of the training concept in everyday nursing
• Professional support and promotion of apprentices and students
• Ensuring and documenting learning progress
• Conducting learning support, progress discussions and competency assessments including exam preparation
• Preparation of educational and qualification reports
• Coaching and support of employees in training supervision
• Supervision of interns
• Close cooperation with BBV and department heads

• Completed nursing training at tertiary level (HF/FH)
• At least two years of professional experience in acute care
• Further training as a trainer (or willingness to complete this promptly)
• You take responsibility and organise your workday in a structured manner
• You are enthusiastic about promoting junior staff and approach them with empathy and commitment
