About the job
Do you want to pass on your expertise to the next generation? With us, as a trainer, you take on a central role in education and accompany apprentices and students on their path to becoming competent nursing professionals.
For our education team, we are looking for you from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement as
Your tasks
- Implementation of the training concept in everyday nursing
- Professional support and promotion of apprentices and students
- Ensuring and documenting learning progress
- Conducting learning support, progress discussions and competency assessments including exam preparation
- Preparation of educational and qualification reports
- Coaching and support of employees in training supervision
- Supervision of interns
- Close cooperation with BBV and department heads
Your profile
- Completed nursing training at tertiary level (HF/FH)
- At least two years of professional experience in acute care
- Further training as a trainer (or willingness to complete this promptly)
- You take responsibility and organise your workday in a structured manner
- You are enthusiastic about promoting junior staff and approach them with empathy and commitment
