Your Role
When planning turns into reality on the construction site, you are in your element. As a construction manager, you are the central contact person: you coordinate processes, keep an eye on deadlines and quality, and work closely with clients, planners, and contractors. In the interdisciplinary team, you help shape projects that leave lasting impressions.
Your Tasks
- Realisation of building construction projects in the area of new builds and renovations
- Tendering and awarding processes
- Work coordination on the construction site from start of construction to warranty acceptance
- Management and coordination of workflows in tendering and construction execution
- Scheduling and ongoing controlling of costs and quality
Your Profile
- Qualified architect, technician, or construction manager in building construction
- Solid expertise in construction and site management
- Several years of professional experience in construction management
- Strong cost and quality awareness as well as assertiveness
- Social skills, leadership qualities, teamwork, and quick comprehension
- Good German and Italian language skills, both spoken and written
- Good MS Office skills; knowledge of Messerli Bauad advantageous
