Start: immediately or by arrangement

Workload: 60-100%

Your tasks – here you can unfold your potential

Ensure safety and security during the night You attentively accompany our residents through the night, convey security, and respond calmly and competently to individual needs as well as unexpected situations.

Monitor professionally and act proactively You carry out nursing checks, recognise changes early, and independently initiate the necessary measures. In emergency situations, you act calmly and professionally.

Document carefully and systematically You ensure a complete, professional nursing documentation and guarantee clear information transfer to the day shift.

Work independently yet connected During the night shift, you bear high personal responsibility and work closely with the night watch – mutual support is lived.

Professionally well trained You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF and ideally bring experience in long-term care or geriatrics.

Independent and responsible You work in a structured manner, keep an overview even in demanding situations, and make confident decisions – especially during the night.

Empathetic and calm With patience, empathy, and a respectful attitude, you meet our residents – even in sensitive moments.

Digitally proficient and eager to learn You document confidently with digital systems, are open to further development, and bring the willingness to continuously advance your professional skills.
