Founded in 1888, we are a traditional company based in Langenthal. In our six craft areas of vehicle construction, cabin construction, bodywork, repair & service, painting and lettering, we stand with our approximately 200 employees for innovative solutions and Swiss quality.

To complement our technical team, we are looking for a

Technical Project Manager in Vehicle Construction and Special Projects (80-100%)

Would you like to contribute your technical and organisational know-how to our team and independently coordinate and manage demanding customer and development projects in vehicle construction and special projects from planning to successful completion?

What you can achieve with us:

• You take overall responsibility for the planning, coordination and management of complex customer and development projects – from order acceptance to successful completion.
• You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality and agreed milestones.
• You are the central contact person for our customers and coordinate requirements, technical interfaces, changes and approvals throughout all project phases.
• You work closely with design, production planning, purchasing and production, identify risks early and ensure structured and economical project execution.

What you bring with you:

• You have a basic technical education EFZ with further training as a technician HF, engineer FH or an equivalent qualification. Further training in order or project management is an advantage.
• You bring several years of professional experience, at least three years of which in managing demanding technical orders or development projects.
• You work independently, in a structured and economical manner, have strong organisational skills and lead interdisciplinary teams with conviction.
• You communicate confidently in German, have good English skills and ideally also French skills.
