We are looking for you as a CNC Programmer for Long Turning (all genders). Thanks to you, the machines run like clockwork: you programme them independently and have a knack for optimising production processes. With precision and care, you develop CNC programmes. If there is ever a hitch, you are on hand, and your ideas for improvements are always welcome with us. Become part of our team and contribute your skills!

Your area of responsibility:

• You independently programme the assigned machines
• You monitor and optimise production processes with an eye for detail
• You create and optimise CNC programmes with precision and according to specifications
• You pass on instructions to employees and ensure a smooth shift change
• You take care of production disruptions
• You actively contribute ideas for improvement and further development

To be successful in this position, you have the following qualifications and skills:

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or production mechanic
• Knowledge of machine types Star, Tornos, Hanwha or Citizen and Fanuc control
• Programming skills in new parts manufacturing as well as in optimising CNC programmes
• Enjoyment and experience in guiding CNC mechanics
• Team player, proactive person with very good communication skills
• High quality awareness and good eyesight
