Roller Operator
Your Contribution with Us
- You operate and drive our rollers properly and safely
- You ensure the even and professional compaction of asphalt surfaces
- You work closely with the paver team, the foreman and other machine operators
- You continuously check the quality of the work performed
- You carry out minor maintenance and care work on your machine
- You ensure safe and careful handling of machines and equipment
- You support the construction site team with other tasks as needed
What Counts for Us
- Experience as a roller operator in road and surface construction
- Safe and responsible handling of construction machinery
- Technical understanding and a good feel for machines
- Independent, reliable and careful way of working
- Team spirit and willingness to pitch in on site
- Good German language skills
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
