Your tasks
- Management of payroll accounting on our payroll system Abacus
- Recording of mutations
- Periodic preparation of statements for AHV, ALV, family allowances, accident and daily sickness benefits insurance
- Direct contact with clients and social security authorities
- Calculation and control of salaries
- Creation of payment files, booking vouchers
- Handling of special requests in the payroll area
- Interest in assignments at the client on site
Your profile
- You have completed commercial basic training with further training as a payroll specialist
- You have proven professional experience in payroll administration
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- You have good English skills (at least level B2)
- You have excellent social skills, are flexible and dynamic
- You have a high quality standard for yourself
- You enjoy working in an international team and are a team player
