We are looking for a Digital Workplace & Communication Platforms Product Owner who will drive the evolution of our digital workplace ecosystem and support our ambition to make collaboration, communication and AI a natural part of the employee experience across the Group.
This is a unique opportunity to combine Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365, Employee Experience and Artificial Intelligence within a strategic international role.
Your mission
As Product Owner, you will define and drive the roadmap for BOBST's Digital Workplace solutions, ensuring our employees have the right tools to collaborate effectively and stay connected.
You will oversee our collaboration and communication platforms, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, our corporate Intranet and AI productivity solutions such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and communication experts, you will transform needs into innovative solutions that create value across the organization.
Your key responsibilities
- Define and manage the Digital Workplace roadmap and priorities.
- Lead the evolution of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva).
- Own and continuously improve the corporate Intranet and employee communication platforms.
- Drive the deployment and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI productivity solutions.
- Ensure a high-quality employee experience through effective collaboration and communication tools.
- Monitor platform adoption and performance through clear KPIs and insights.
- Manage external partners, budgets and service providers.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful solutions.
What you bring
- Significant experience in Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365 or collaboration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role driving digital products and services.
- Interest in AI-powered productivity solutions and employee experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English and French.
