Your new responsibilities
Responsibility for one or more product groups
- Ensuring the product range presentation at the POS with an inspiring merchandise display
- Participation in assortment meetings and implementation of the corresponding concepts
- Customer advice with own sales responsibility
- Proper handling of customer orders
- Responsibility for achieving the KPIs assigned to you
- Planning and leading a team
You bring with you
- Leadership experience in managing a small team, as well as the motivation to start a career as a lateral entrant in the furnishing segment
- A strong passion for sales and enjoyment in competing and achieving success together
- Experience in retail or sales as well as a good sense of customer needs
- Team spirit, openness, and a strong customer orientation characterise you
- An existing qualification as a vocational trainer or the willingness to acquire one. Enjoyment in supporting and promoting apprentices as well as supporting their personal and professional development
