Operations Electrician / Technical Service Specialist, Locations Witikon and Riesbach

Tasks

• You carry out a variety of manual or technical tasks, including repairs and maintenance of technical operational systems and garden work.
• You perform transport and on-call duties.
• You assist in ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
• You participate in the deployment and supervision of external contractors, in material management, and in handling complex clarifications.
• You are the contact person for internal staff and residents.

Profile

• Enjoyment in contact with residents and a strong service orientation as well as solution-focused approach, teamwork, and reliability
• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician EFZ or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
• Sound knowledge of applicable electrical regulations (e.g. NIN, NIV). Basic knowledge of building automation is desirable.
• Willingness to perform on-call duties and special assignments, e.g. at events
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, IT skills (MS Office, CAFM), and a category B driving licence are essential

The annual salary for this position ranges between CHF 77,349 and CHF 103,355 (100%) depending on experience.

The Witikon and Riesbach Health Centres are jointly managed and located in the heart of Zurich-Witikon and Zurich-Riesbach in districts 7 and 8. The Witikon Health Centre for the Elderly combines various care and support services under one roof. The Riesbach Health Centre for the Elderly is entirely focused on the treatment, care, and support of people with dementia. The secured facility offers peace, security, and safety. Both health centres are characterised by many years of experience in geriatric medicine. Here you will work together with 400 colleagues.
