The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 23 hotels and resorts ranging from simple group accommodations to upscale four-star superior.

To support the team at Hotel National, we are looking for a person for a full-time annual position starting mid-November 2025 as:

The Hotel

The three-star superior Hotel National in the center of Davos Platz is the ideal accommodation for active guests. Whether in the newly renovated lobby with bar, the wellness area with relaxation room, or on the sunny roof terrace: whether active skiers, families, or companies wishing to use a bright seminar room – Hotel National is an ideal starting point for an uncomplicated stay. The house has 60 rooms with cozy comfort and an in-house restaurant.

Your tasks

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• On-site guest care and information about the Davos Klosters Mountains offer
• Handling reservations with the hotel software Protel
• Ensuring smooth processes and coordination with housekeeping
• Guest correspondence via emails and phone calls
• Issuing ski passes for the Davos Klosters Mountains

Your profile

• Education: You have a commercial or equivalent education and experience in the front office area
• Working style: You have a quick grasp, enjoy working independently, are reliable and stress-resistant. In addition, you enjoy dealing with guests and have a friendly and competent appearance
• Team player: You enjoy working in a team and are helpful
• Language: You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
• Advantageous: Protel knowledge or similar hotel systems and any additional language
