For our locations in Lindau or Ulm, we are immediately seeking a responsible Sales Engineer in Building Construction (m/f/d) with a focus on timber construction.

Your Tasks

Accompanying exciting timber and building construction projects from initial contact to handover to project management
Developing economical and technically convincing solutions together with clients, architects, and project partners
Analysing project requirements and creating individual offer and concept solutions with internal departments
Coordinating the technical and commercial offer preparation in collaboration with costing, suppliers, and project teams
Coordinating and presenting solutions at client meetings, workshops, and project discussions
Monitoring market and industry trends and actively shaping the sales strategy

Your Profile

Completed studies in civil engineering, timber construction, architecture, construction management, or a comparable technical qualification
Experience in building construction, timber construction, turnkey construction, or technical sales of construction projects
Technical understanding and enthusiasm for innovative and sustainable construction methods
Confident appearance, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in collaborating with clients, architects, and project partners
Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, and a good sense of customer needs
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style as well as team spirit and willingness to travel within German-speaking regions are advantageous
