As Product Owner Digital Assets in the Investment Operations area, you take on a key role: You combine the stability of traditional banking with the dynamism of the crypto world. At the crucial interface between business and technology, you drive the professional product development forward – where topics such as staking, crypto trading or tokenisation are integrated into the proven processes around securities and corporate actions. Currently, your team is still integrated within the Stock Exchange team. However, with ongoing growth, the declared goal is to gradually separate this and establish it as an independent unit. You think beyond the status quo, question existing practices and develop future-proof solutions from them? Then help us set new standards and shape the professional authority in the field of digital assets.

• with a completed higher education in business informatics, banking & finance or a comparable field – alternatively with several years of relevant professional experience and corresponding further training
• through your profound know-how in the crypto field: You understand blockchain technologies, custody concepts, staking, tokenisation as well as the functioning of crypto markets
• with your pronounced banking expertise in investment operations, especially in the topics of stock exchange, securities, securities management and corporate actions in a core banking environment and your understanding of core banking processes
• through your experience as a product owner or business analyst in an agile development environment – ideally in the banking or fintech context
• with your ability to prepare complex professional requirements at the interface between business and IT in an understandable way and to convert them into concrete specifications and user stories
• as well as with very good German skills (at least level C1) and good English skills (at least level B2)
