Floor Housekeeper / Specialist Hotel Housekeeping
(80 - 100% | m/f/d)
These are your tasks
- You actively work in our various services (room cleaning Hof & Lodge, laundry service, porter service, all-rounder service)
- You are jointly responsible for checking the remaining and departure rooms and giving the corresponding instructions to the floor staff
- You support the co-management of housekeeping and take on daily responsibility when needed
- You conduct training sessions for employees and trainees
- You assist in organising and supervising interim and deep cleaning throughout the house
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with hygiene standards in housekeeping
What we expect from you
- You have a qualification as a hotel specialist EFZ or specialist hotel housekeeping EFZ
- You have already gained professional experience in the hotel industry
- You are preferably familiar with Opera Cloud and Samfex
- You have a keen sense for cleanliness and high quality standards
- You are flexible and irregular shifts, including weekends, are natural for you
- You can communicate well in German
