The TRANSfair Foundation operates a modern public restaurant with a social mission through the Zündkapselfabrik restaurant. Your tasks
Responsibility for a successful lunch service (day restaurant) and active participation in service as well as the cash register system
Guidance, support, and promotion of employees at adapted workplaces and persons in IV measures, taking into account their possibilities and abilities
Warm and professional reception and care of our guests
Participation in the organisation and management of banquets and special events
Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards (HACCP)
Support in inventory management and simple ordering
What you bring
Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or comparable training with several years of professional experience
Host personality with a strong service orientation, professionalism, and joy
Independent, structured, and reliable working style, even in hectic situations
Patience, empathy, joy, and creativity in guiding and promoting employees at adapted workplaces and persons in IV measures
Team spirit and flexibility regarding working hours
Good German language skills, spoken and written
Experience or interest in working with people with support needs
