What to expect:
Leadership, coaching, and development of the recruiting team (approx. 3 employees)
Ensuring quality and a high service level throughout the entire hiring process
Advisor and sparring partner for hiring managers – from job profiles to selection decisions
Coordination of interfaces within and outside the department, coordination of collaboration with Corporate Communications + Marketing in recruiting marketing and employer branding
Further development of recruiting processes, especially regarding digitalization and candidate experience, including pre- and onboarding processes
Monitoring external partners such as headhunters and personnel service providers
You bring:
Several years of experience in recruiting (in-house or agency)
First leadership experience or visible leadership potential and desire to take responsibility
Confident and target-group-appropriate consulting skills towards hiring managers and the ability to engage with leaders at eye level
End-to-end understanding of the entire recruiting process
Ability to flexibly adapt to different interview situations – from interviews for various specialist and leadership levels to coordination with different hiring managers
