Construction Manager / New Builds & Renovations (m/f/d)
Role:
You have experience in construction management and want to independently oversee demanding new build and renovation projects? You can expect a varied role where you coordinate execution and keep control of deadlines, quality and costs.
Responsibilities:
Independent construction management of demanding new builds and renovations
Coordination of contractors, craftsmen and work processes
Monitoring of deadlines, quality and costs
Conducting tenders and handling contracts for work and services
Management of construction accounting
Accompanying projects through to acceptance and warranty completion
Qualifications:
Training in construction and professional experience in construction management
Qualification as a certified construction manager, technician HF, architect FH/ETH or comparable qualification
Experience in independently managing construction projects
Structured, reliable and self-responsible working style
Confident manner and good communication skills
Enjoyment of working on site as well as with digital work processes
