Finance Specialist

Central Services│Langnau│80-100%│immediate start or by arrangement

What you will achieve with us

• With your expertise and team player mentality, you actively shape our financial affairs and contribute significantly to the further development of our organisation.
• You independently organise and manage the financial and operational accounting and take on controlling.
• You are a competent contact person for all financial matters towards the board of trustees, management, and authorities.
• You actively participate in projects.
• You work closely with the administration team, which supports you in day-to-day operations.
• If necessary, you coordinate tasks with our external fiduciary partners.

What sets you apart

• Solid expertise in finance and accounting with appropriate education and training (professional certificate level or interest in obtaining it)
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Enjoyment in further developing and actively shaping processes
• Knowledge of Abacus and experience in project management are advantageous
