Around 380 attending physicians from various specialties ensure high-quality, integrated medical care. The most important specialties include orthopaedics, visceral and thoracic surgery, urology, gynaecology and childbirth, gastroenterology, cardiology, pneumology and internal medicine including oncology. Job Description
- Professional and service-oriented care of patients, guests and external customers, from reception to farewell
- Central contact point and coordination hub for internal and external concerns
- Responsibility for smooth processes during patient admissions and discharges including emergency admissions
- Proper operation of telephone and communication systems as well as forwarding incoming calls
- Organisation and coordination of chauffeur rides for patients
- Responsible for the kiosk assortment including ordering and controlling
- Processing incoming and franking outgoing mail
- Monitoring the alarm and fault system in cooperation with the technical service
- Ensuring and coordinating all organisational processes at reception while adhering to applicable quality and safety standards
Qualifications
- You have training in the commercial sector, retail or hotel and hospitality, preferably with a focus on front office
- Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Very good German skills (native speaker) as well as good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Very good PC user skills and confident handling of MS Office
- Willingness to take responsibility as well as high team spirit
- Very good organisational skills, flexibility and resilience even in demanding situations
- Well-groomed appearance and very good manners
- Willingness to work irregular shifts (early shift from 6:00 am, late shifts until 9:00 pm as well as weekend shifts from 7:00 am or until 9:00 pm)
