We are now looking for a QA Engineer who wants to take real ownership of quality across our products and internal platforms.

In this role, you are not just “testing” — you are actively shaping how reliable, usable and trustworthy our platforms feel to real users.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams to ensure that what we ship truly works — in real-life conditions, not only in theory.

As a QA Engineer, you ensure that our platforms are not only functional, but truly reliable, intuitive and safe to use. You are the voice of the user in our delivery teams — constantly asking “what could go wrong?”, and making sure we catch it before our customers do.

You work across our customer-facing platforms (Brands for Employees, Brands for Students, MyAXA Deals) as well as our internal ERP and partner systems. From new features to complex integrations, you make sure quality is built in from the start — not added at the end.

You will work very close with our Head of QA (lead) and embedded in cross-functional product teams with Developers, Product Owners, Designers and DevOps. QA is seen as a partner — not a gatekeeper — and your input has real impact on what goes live.
