To strengthen our team, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as

(Deputy) Department Manager Turning Shop (Polymechanic) (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Setting up up to 9-axis CNC turning machines with Fanuc control
• Correcting parts & adjusting programmes
• Preparing workplaces (providing measuring instruments, test instructions & tools)
• Operating various measuring devices and 3D measuring machines
• Independently solving manufacturing technical problems
• Continuous optimisation & further development of manufacturing processes
• Organisation and coordination of the entire department (35 employees)
• Technical leadership, training & development of company employees
• Guiding, supporting & supervising company employees
• Conducting employee evaluations and holding employee discussions

You bring with you:

• Completed basic training as a polymechanic
• Several years of professional experience
• Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in developing and promoting employees
• Precise, reliable and independent working style
• High sense of responsibility as well as solution- and process-oriented thinking
• Good organisational skills and a structured way of working
• Quality awareness and pronounced technical understanding
