In doing so, you will guide your team through the next phase of development from both an organisational and specialist perspective. As a member of the "Strategic Asset Management" leadership team, you will participate in the development of strategic asset management and ensure effective coordination of strategy, financing and quality maintenance of the network. What you can move.
- Within the new organisational unit, you lead and develop the "Strategic Asset Management Mobility Access" team by strengthening cross-sector collaboration.
- In this role, you are responsible for the strategic development of asset management for all reception facilities and low-voltage consumers of the SBB. You ensure that our customers have an efficient, safe and sustainable infrastructure when they take their train.
- You ensure the long-term financial viability of maintenance and renewal. Your team is responsible for the technical development of the offer related to maintaining the "Mobility Access" substance for the service agreement concluded with the FOT.
- You advance the transition from operational management to a more strategy-oriented management and promote a shared vision within the team and its partner organisations.
- Together with your team, you ensure the implementation of the asset strategy by coordinating strategic guidelines with the asset managers of the four regions (West, South, Central and East) and working closely with project portfolio management.
- You ensure that the asset strategy, performance, customer benefit and profitability are sustainably aligned.
What you bring.
- You have several years of leadership experience and have successfully developed teams, ideally also in situations of change or integration.
- You quickly analyse complex issues relating to technology, organisation and finance and derive pragmatic and strategic decisions.
- Thanks to your strong stakeholder management, you are persuasive, negotiate as an equal and manage to reconcile divergent interests to achieve a common vision. You find it easy to share your knowledge and experience.
- You have knowledge of strategic asset management in the infrastructure environment. Experience in public transport or the rail environment is an advantage.
- You hold a higher education degree (FH/ETH/university) in a technical or economic field, ideally complemented by further training in leadership, management or asset management.
- You have very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written. Knowledge of a second national language (French/Italian) is an advantage. You can apply your digital skills (IT, MS Office and tools) on a daily basis.
