Dispatcher for Dump Trucks (m/f)

About the job

What you will do with us:

• Forward-looking planning and economic deployment of our truck fleet (a total of 46 trucks, about 1/3 Welaki+Roll-off)
• Monitoring and proactive adjustment of routes
• Close and continuous communication with the drivers
• Advising and receiving customer orders as well as professional handling of customer concerns
• Checking and post-processing of delivery notes and reports

You are a good fit for us if you…

• have completed training (preferably as a Transport & Logistics Dispatcher)
• have already gained initial experience in transport and dispatch and/or have expertise in the building materials and recycling industry
• think and act entrepreneurially and proactively
• are resilient and remain calm in hectic situations
• are communicative (good German skills required) and customer-oriented
• appreciate working in a collegial and family-like company atmosphere
• enjoy the occasional "Fyrabig-Grillplausch" with your colleagues
