Head of Housekeeping 80 - 100%

• You are responsible for the leadership and further development of employees in housekeeping, including cleaning and laundry
• You lead the housekeeping staff professionally and personally and train apprentices
• You are responsible for compliance with hygiene regulations
• You make purchases within the approved budget
• You actively participate in cleaning and laundry and support your team in the proper cleaning of public areas, senior and holiday apartments, as well as care departments.
• 20% administrative and 80% operational tasks

• Further training as a department head in hotel and housekeeping management with a federal diploma
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare
• You are diplomatic, discreet, and have a good sense for elderly people
• Empathy and high social competence
• Leadership experience
• Course as a vocational trainer is an advantage
