Production Technician (m/f/d) in 6/4 Shift Model

Your tasks: 

• You are responsible for setting up production apparatus to prepare for processes as well as for carrying out various organic-chemical processes on PLC-controlled multipurpose plants under cGMP
• ​You take responsibility in handling highly active substances (up to < 0.1 mg/d)
• ​You document the performed activities according to cGMP guidelines
• ​You are ready to fully comply with operational regulations and regulations regarding safety, quality (cGMP), hygiene and ecology
• ​You are responsible for monitoring infrastructure systems such as heating/cooling systems, circulation pumps, vacuum pumps, compressed air generation, demineralisation, ventilation and exhaust air purification systems 
• You monitor the production processes of several projects
• ​Your duties include cleaning the apparatus according to internal regulations as well as carrying out minor repair work in the operation 

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed training as a chemical technician
• ​You bring experience in the manufacture of pharmaceutical active ingredients
• ​You can demonstrate practical experience in the field of cGMP
• You preferably have experience in preparative chromatography (focus on HPLC)
• ​You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form and preferably English skills
• You are reliable and appreciate completing tasks accurately
