These are your tasks:
- Co-design the Child and Youth Department in a target group-oriented manner and work closely with the Integration Promotion Office
- Take responsibility for the design and further development of tasks and projects
- Collaborate in all fields of work, such as open meeting spaces, socio-spatial projects, information and support, holiday offers, politics and networking, participation and integration promotion
- Work in a field of sociocultural animation with a focus on open child and youth work
- Support the Children's Council and the Youth Council
- Maintain and shape trusting relationships with children, young people and adults
What you bring with you:
- Admission for a part-time degree in Social Work FH, ideally in Sociocultural Animation
- Desire and courage to embrace new things and try out new ideas
- Resilient, creative, communicative and humorous personality
- Enjoyment of low-threshold collaboration with children, young people and adults
- Experience from club activities is an advantage
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
