You are the face of our premium portfolio of spirits and mixer brands. You bring our brands to life, build strong relationships, and create unforgettable experiences in the market.

In close collaboration with sales and marketing teams, you connect with bartenders, customers, and opinion leaders to build brand awareness, generate enthusiasm, and drive our commercial success. If you speak the language of the bar scene, are well organised, and have a passion for premium spirits and high-quality mixers, then this is your stage.

YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You represent our premium spirits portfolio at events, trade fairs, tastings, and activations
• You conduct trainings, workshops, and masterclasses for bartenders, distributors, and trade partners
• You are an expert in brand stories, production, and tasting profiles
• You build and maintain a strong network with bartenders, HoReCa customers, retailers, and influencers
• You work closely with sales and distribution teams (e.g. during customer visits, trainings, and account support)
• You identify opportunities to increase visibility, distribution, and menu placements
• You plan and organise events and brand activations for consumers
• You create high-quality brand experiences that promote awareness, trial, and loyalty
• You analyse market trends, competition, and consumer behaviour and share your insights
• You support social media and create content from events and activations
• You support internal engagement initiatives, trainings, and company events
• You accompany product launches and promotional campaigns
• You track your activities, measure impact, and derive growth opportunities
• You support the achievement of sales and distribution targets in your area
• You represent the brand with energy, authenticity, and professionalism

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• You bring 4–5 years of experience in beverage, hospitality, sales, or brand marketing
• You have solid knowledge of premium spirits, mixology, and cocktail culture
• Ideally, you have bartender experience and an existing network in the scene
• You have experience with trainings, presentations, or public speaking
• You have participated in bartender competitions (an advantage)
• Additional qualifications (e.g. WSET) are a plus
• You are passionate about bartending, storytelling, and the world of spirits
• You are strong in networking and building relationships
• You communicate convincingly and feel comfortable on stage
• You can inspire and influence different target groups
• You work proactively, hands-on, and result-oriented
• You are well organised and strong in negotiation and planning
• You are flexible and happy to work evenings, weekends, and at events
• You are willing to travel within your area
• You speak fluent German and English; French is a plus
