HR Assistant

In this role, you will support the HR team with tasks along the entire employee lifecycle. This includes preparing employment contracts and payrolls, recording payroll-relevant changes, and coordinating social insurances in various areas. You will also prepare the monthly withholding tax statements. You are responsible for accident notifications and monitor absences as well as benefit claims for occupational/non-occupational accidents and illness. You support the recruitment of new employees and accompany the recruitment process through to completion. Depending on your prior knowledge, you will independently conduct interviews or be specifically introduced to this task. Additionally, you organise small HR events such as the induction day for new employees as well as various workshops and specialist lectures within the framework of occupational health management (BGM). Furthermore, you support the apprenticeship manager in various matters and participate in different digitalisation projects.
Your profile
- Commercial training
- Certificate as HR Assistant and/or HR specialist with a federal professional certificate (advantageous)
- Discreet personality with a strong service orientation
- Quick comprehension as well as interconnected thinking, precise working style, and strong communication skills
- Strong IT affinity and routine in handling various systems
